On a hilly site near Mexico City, architect Javier Senosiain has created a remarkable home inspired by the shape of a peanut, with two wide oval spaces and lots of light, united by a space in low and narrow gloom. It is defined by two large spaces: one day and one night, evoking the feeling of a
wareness of space without losing integration with the exterior greenery.
Tying into the peanut shell enveloped by a body of greenery architecture motif, this dessert represents a surprise center when bit into — comparable to how within our homes, we can always discover bursts of joy and meaning, shall we seek them out. This could be a book gathering dust waiting to be rekindled, batches of dried flowers gathering in the corner from past bouquets, or a piece of kitchenware that can be styled up nicely to present food for our family members.
